Today, I went into TSB Stevenage branch and saw Raksha Sodha to help me with resetting login details on mobile app. She was very professional, patient and helped me treating me with utmost respect and did not make me feel stupid. Went to discuss options for savings. From the start Kev was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining the different accounts without getting too technical. He didn't push us into opening any of the accounts, but talked thru each one to help us decide which was best for us.We left Grimsby branch satisfied, Thankyou Kev.

Always there when needed
The bank is always there if you need help or advice. I have been banking with them together with my wife for 35 years and will stay with them as long as they dont change. They have helped me a few times when I needed there advice and always willing.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 50yrs and the banks had its ups and downs as most have. I converted to using the App a few years back and it’s been fantastic (even for an old guy like me!) I find it easy to monitor accounts, pay bills and move money at the touch of a button, even managing to open new savings account as the interest rates picked up. I’m happy!

Effective fraud prevention
Fantastic customer service at the fraud prevention department (I think it was). A really sensible and effective security protocol kicked in when I tried to transfer a large amount of money on the app. They followed this up with clear messages, friendly and helpful communication on the phone (even if the man had a slightly thick accent) and had the account unlocked and the payment approved within an hour of the initial payment request.Nice one, TSB! A breath of fresh air in a week of dealing with difficult customer service departments.

Went into TSB Livingston Branch(in the centre).Needed financial help regarding holiday etc The gentleman that helped me was brilliant good rapport,listened,didn’t try to sell me something I did need.Didn’t catch his name but he was fantastic.Well recommended to anyone with TSB or starting an account.Was in about 2pm ish then my wife joined me.
