Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
Picking up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3.After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5.Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

I’m “floored” by the pleasant customer service!
I took a long time selecting my carpet and I felt guilty about asking for so many assorted quotes but the flooring expert was SO patient. I caused him to have to take his lunch break quite a bit late, but I wasn’t made to feel like a burden. This was a difficult expensive purchase. A couple coworkers jumped in to assist just to make sure I got the 10% discount as well as a Home Depot card for future savings!

Amazing customer service
I was looking for a couple of things. The lady helping me could not find 1 inch plaster washers my son sent me to get. She went the extra mile to find someone else who was familiar with this isle and verified they did not have them. However he gave me 2 places to look for them. I eventually got them at the 3rd place. So I ended up going to 3 places and I can honestly say home depot's customer service was the best out of the 3!

Had a great interaction with Kathy
We were coming in for lights and lamps and Kathy was very nice and she talked and had a great attitude, she helped me find where the lamps were by telling me and genuinely had an overall positive interaction.

Amsterdam location has THE BEST EMPLOYEES! Several associates have a TON of knowledge and are very helpful. BY FAR THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE 518 and I go to all of them!

Great service!
A year ago I bought a medicine cabinet and after we finally got it hung we realized it didn’t have any clips to hold the shelves. I didn’t know how to measure the holes.I asked the guy in that aisle for help and he walked me to where the clips were. But I was unsure if they were the right size so I went back to the aisle. There was an opened cabinet like mine and he helped me pull it out of the box and make sure the clips were the right size. They were and I was very happy.
